William M. Hansen, DPM
Dr. William Hansen is a caring podiatrist and board-certified foot surgeon providing a full range of foot and ankle care to patients at his office in the Queens, New York, neighborhood of Flushing.
Dr. Hansen earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons Dr. Hansen continues to stay active in medical education, and is a member of the New York Podiatric Medical Society and American Podiatric Medical Association. He is an attending Podiatric surgeon at both New York Hospital of Queens and Flushing Hospital.
Dr. Hansen began his private practice in Flushing in 1988, and has continued his dedication to the community ever since. He offers high-quality professional service in a modern facility. His philosophy is to evaluate each patient as a unique individual to better understand, diagnose and treat their foot complaint. Dr. Hansen focuses on the patient’s lifestyle, activities, and past history to achieve the best outcome for his patient. He is an expert in the management and treatment of bunions, diabetic foot wounds, neuropathy, heel pain, and toenail fungus. He also offers custom orthotics for patients.
